Dr Pfeffer and her entire team are amazing! We went to I-Ortho for a consultation and I knew right after that we would go with Dr P. She was so thorough in explaining to me the process, gave us 3 different options to choose from and helped us make the right decision for our daughter. I would absolutely recommend this place. My daughter will need phase 2 so we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone at I-Ortho for all your help and making it such a pleasant experience for our daughter!

Such a wonderful experience getting my invisalign through this office. They were very thorough in explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Everyone is extremely friendly, and the office is very clean and cute. I also love my results. I had minor shifting and my smile is now perfect! Only took 11-13 weeks!!

December 12, 2017I love this office. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. It is never a problem to get an appointment at a time that fits my schedule and my son's school schedule. The billing office helped to maximize the use of our insurance benefits and was always able to answer my questions along the way. My son's teeth look great through the first stage of his treatment. Dr. Pfeffer and staff have kept us informed as to what the end goal is and how they plan to get there. I also love all the things they do for their patients to make them excited about going to the orthodontist. I highly recommend I-Ortho.

We love Dr. Pfeffer! Our daughter finished up her phase one treatment and we are so pleased. She had an upper and lower expander, braces then retainer. The timeline was so quick. We had the best experience. My daughter was apprehensive to get braces, but Dr. Pfeffer and her staff put her at ease and the process was simple. She was pleasantly surprised and felt like the treatment wasn't a big deal at all! She always left the office smiling with no discomfort. Highly recommend I-Ortho! They also offer affordable payment plan options. Wonderful office.

6/20/2024 I highly recommend I-Ortho for all orthodontic needs! My two kids have been going there since we moved here in 2018 and it's been an amazing experience. Dr. Pfeffer is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and goes above and beyond for all her patients needs. She is very personable and kind as is all the staff, and you leave your visit feeling like you're part of their family. My kids never mind going for their visit and have positive feelings when the visit is over. If there's an emergency, the office always immediately responds and takes care of you. We honestly won the lottery when we were referred to I-Ortho! We cannot thank them enough for all the care they have given to our kids and look forward to continuing until the treatment is complete. 3/21/2024 - We have been going to iOrtho for several years. Dr. Pfeffer and everyone in her office are excellent. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. The communication with the office is great. My phone calls and emails are always answered promptly. My kids have both received excellent care. Dr. Pfeffer goes the extra mile to make sure she can fit in patients and is very attentive to her patients' needs. I have recommended Dr. Pfeffer and iOrtho to several friends and I know of at least 2 families who now go to Dr. Pfeffer because of my recommendation. In addition, we routinely run into families we know at iOrtho because so many families in our area go to Dr. Pfeffer for their orthodontia needs. I highly recommend this office! Ana S.

This is literally the worst orthodontist office ever. I placed an order for a replacement retainer with them ( the one I originally ordered from them broke). It took them
Over two months to get me fitted for a new one. Then, when I went to get my new one, it was missing the front wire, which was what specifically broke on the original. When they called and asked me why I wanted one with the wire, they not only blamed it breaking on me, but said I had to pay an extra fee above the $300 I already had to pay for my replacement. I am at the point where I feel like I need to report bank fraud, because not only did I pay $300 for a replacement retainer, but I don't have the retainer, and got blamed for breaking my first one. Thumbs down!
